Yoga for Seniors


March 31st 1pm to 2pm $10

This is a one-hour class for seniors who enjoy being more mobile and less sedentary, and for people of all ages who are experiencing physical challenges, and who seek a much gentler form of yoga. With the use of both the chair and the mat, we work smoothly to increase range of motion, sense of balance, core awareness and breath connection. Each class has time near the end for quieting the mind. With a light-hearted tone of joy and even laughter, as well as some simple but serious mantra and meditation, you will leave feeling both uplifted and a little more grounded. Come join me!
